Berit Schneidereit

Berit Schneidereit (*1988) was born in Frankfurt am Main and lives and works in Düsseldorf. She studied at the Düsseldorf Art Academy with Hubert Kiecol and Andreas Gursky, whose master student she was.

She has received numerous scholarships and awards. Among them, in 2017 the "van - Rinsum Scholarship" of the VdDK 1844 of the Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris and 2021-2022 a research scholarship of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp - Royal Conservatory Antwerp / Belgium.
